Wood: This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's motion for leave to file under seal 7, Plaintiff's motion to exceed page limitation 10, and Plaintiff's ex parte motion for entry of a temporary restraining order, including a temporary injunction, a temporary asset restraint, expedited discovery, and service of process by email and/or electronic publication 11. Having reviewed the motions and supporting documentation in chambers, the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for leave to file under seal 7, Plaintiff's motion to exceed page limitation 10, and Plaintiff's ex parte motion for entry of a temporary restraining order, including a temporary injunction, a temporary asset restraint, expedited discovery, and service of process by email and/or electronic publication 11. Enter Sealed Temporary Restraining Order. Plaintiff is advised that the Court has granted the request for electronic service of process pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(f)(3) for Defendants to be served by emailing Defendants with both copies of the documents to be served and a link to the website containing the documents. The Clerk is directed to maintain the following documents under seal until further order of this Court: (1) Schedule A to the complaint 8, and (2) Exhibit 3 to the Declaration of Koji Ueda 15 22. The Temporary Restraining Order shall be maintained under seal until further order of the Court.
