Having reviewed the motions and supporting documentation in chambers, the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for leave to file under seal 3, motion for entry of a temporary restraining order, including a temporary injunction, a temporary asset restraint, and expedited discovery 11, and motion for electronic service of process pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(f)(3) 17. Enter Sealed Temporary Restraining Order. Plaintiff is advised that the Court has granted the request for electronic service of process pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(f)(3) for Defendants to be served by emailing Defendants with both copies of the documents to be served and a link to the website containing the documents.
