Judge Myong J. Joun: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered re [3] Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and for Expedited Discovery, [5] Ex Parte Motion for Leave to Serve Defendants. On October 2, 2026, Amazentis SA and Timeline Longevity, Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) commenced this action against The Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiffs filed a complaint, [Doc. No. [1]]; an ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order and expedited discovery, [Doc. No. [3]]; and an ex parte motion for leave to serve Defendants by alternative means, [Doc. No. [5]]. On October 6, 2025, Plaintiffs filed substantially similar motions in a prior action before this Court. See 25-cv-12913-MJJ. Rather than repeat that analysis here, I incorporate the reasoning of that memorandum by reference. See id. at [Doc. No. [14]]. For the reasons set forth there, and below, both motions are GRANTED. |
